The Vault is back at the Record Room this month with the legendary Billy Scurry and Niall Colgan.

Having first started playing circa ’89 in Leeson St, Billy moved on to clubs such as Sides Dame St which was ground zero for the acid house movement in Dublin. It’s here that things really started to take shape and partnerships were formed with Johnny Moy and Liam Dollard. Billy went on to do various Beat Clubs with Johnny Moy and various international guests, and they both then started the Temple of Sound. It was here that his style was really honed, and national and international appearances beckoned. Never one to be pigeon holed, his style moves from hip hop to soul, from house to disco to techno. As well as clubs in Dublin, throughout Ireland and Internationally, he has also been a stalwart at festivals such as Electric Picnic, Body and Soul, Sea Sessions and Electric Elephant.
