Downbeat Records is a local record store that specialises in weird and wonderful records for the people of Limerick. Since establishing in Aug 2024 the shop has been full time supporting the Limerick music industry by promoting and selling local records alongside a curated selection of DJ records , obscure gems and classic albums.

April 12th (Record Store Day) the full Downbeat Records team descend on The Record Room for a RSD afterparty featuring Frankie Downbeat, Ali Daly and Hyaween (Seàn).This is the first time the full Downbeat have assembled on the turntables in Limerick, come join the party and hear your what records we have been keeping for ourselves!

Expect a heap of party records ; Disco - Boogie- Reggae - Soul - World - Oddities
